Via Ferrata Scotland
A Via Ferrata is a simple safety system that has you climbing metal rungs, similar to a ladder, while attached to a safety cable with a harness. You manage yourself along the course while under the supervision of our expert guides. Cross the top of the 80m waterfall on our wire sky bridges. All Via Ferrata’s take you to amazing places with relative ease, ours takes you to the top of one of Scotlands highest waterfalls. Once at the top we walk back down a path enjoying the wonderful views. Although very popular in Europe this is the only Via Ferrata in Scotland!
This is a 3 hour trip and is suitable for children from a minimum of 8 years old who are happy with heights.

Before getting started, our expert guides will give you a full and detailed safety briefing and have you kitted out in a harness and helmet. Our team are happy to answer any questions you may have about the activity.
You will spend the trip climbing up the side of the Grey Mare’s Tail waterfall before crossing over the falls at the top in this epic mountain environment.
