All we ask is that if you are over 100kg you let us know your weight in the notes section when booking so we can ensure we have correctly sized and rated equipment ready for you 🙂

We love your furry friends but unfortunately our activities are not suitable to have them along. It is sometimes possible for you to leave well behaved dogs in our centres while we are out on the trip but please ask about this in advance as it’s not always possible.

This is completely up to you. If you feel as though the experience executed by the guide is worthy of a tip, please do! Tips are greatly appreciated.

We only cancel an activity if there is unsafe weather conditions. Typically if water levels in the canyons rise too high we will cancel the trip for safety reasons and you will be offered an alternative activity or day/ time slot. If these are not suitable you will be refunded in full. If conditions are safe and it is only some rain we will continue with all activities.

It is not required but we do ask that you are comfortable in the water. We provide buoyancy aids for all customers.
